This article discusses the main aspects of curlers training process building at the stage of sports specialization. Three main types of training are presented: curling basics, general physical training, and special physical training, each of which plays a key role in the formation of an athlete's professional skills. The article describes the techniques and physical qualities necessary for successful mastery of this sport, including balance, accuracy, throwing power, and working with a broom.
