The relevance of the research presented in the article is determined by the increased number of extraordinary events, as a result of which citizens of all ages and various professions experience stress. The frequency of stress transitioning into a painful phase is rising. Conferences are held to discuss various aspects of stress: acute, chronic, everyday, and traumatic, including post-traumatic stress disorders, and they show that there is currently no exhaustive clarity on the nature of stress. The article examines the interrelationships of stress characteristics and attempts to identify its unit.
