Abstract (English):
The collaboration between teachers and students in the educational process is accompanied by constant emotions, which places high demands on interpersonal relationships. The issue of conflict and the regulation of the situation that has arisen is a relevant problem in pedagogical activities. The article is dedicated to finding ways to resolve conflict situations in the system of "physical education and sports teacher - student (cadet)". To optimize the psychological atmosphere of the learning process and enhance the effectiveness of the training process for students (cadets) at the Maritime State University named after admiral G.I. Nevelskoy, the authors have developed recommendations for participants in the study and teachers in the field of physical education.
