The article discusses issues related to the professional development of the educational institution's personnel in the context of implementing an internal quality assessment system for education. A study on the formation of universal competencies of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++ in accordance with the requirements of the professional standard "Teacher" is presented. According to the author, it is necessary to continue to form universal competencies in a young teacher during his professional development.
