Physical training of 5th grade students during physical education classes
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Numerous studies show that the level of physical fitness of students in general education schools is steadily decreasing. Contributing factors include a sedentary lifestyle and teenagers' lack of interest in participating in physical education classes, partly due to the monotony of instructional material and repetitive assignments. This article presents a study conducted at Secondary School No. 8 in Tchaikovsky, aimed at improving the physical fitness indicators of 5th-grade students. The authors have developed a methodology that includes a variety of exercises implemented directly during physical education lessons.
