The article presents a summary analysis of organizational-structural and scientific-technical pedagogical experiments of individualization of professional freestyle sprinters, made on the basis of a research sample of domestic and foreign literature. In the course of the study, the dependence of individual components of the traditional training system on modern factors that negatively affect it was clearly shown. The result obtained made it possible to determine the necessary correction zones and, on their basis, to develop practical recommendations that expand the set of traditional means and methods of swimming training for further improvement of performance.
