Definition of profiling movements in improving the elements of the "difficulty of the subject" in rhythmic gymnastics
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
The article discusses movements with various objects in combination with structural elements of the body as an integral part of the overall system of mastering movements in rhythmic gymnastics. Since the elements of the «difficulty of the subject» are mandatory and must be present in all competitive compositions of gymnasts of any age and level of preparedness, the relevance and significance of finding ways to improve and enhance the reliability of performing «difficulty of the subject» elements become most demanded among other mandatory elements. In order to determine the scheme of application of profiling movements in the training activities of gymnasts, an inductive approach was applied in the study, which allowed identifying individual fragments that ultimately make up the overall system of object movement and structural elements of the body during the execution of «difficulty of the subject» elements The article discusses such movements with objects as rotations and manipulations in various planes with a rope when performing balances, turns and jumps. The profiling movements that contribute to a more understandable and detailed study and improvement of the elements of the «difficulty of the subject» are determined. This approach allows to exclude the memorization of erroneous actions of a certain movement at each stage of training, which subsequently guarantees an increase in the reliability of performing the elements of the «difficulty of the object» in competitive compositions.
