Components of special technical training of the ring roll in rhythmic gymnastics among men

Abstract (English):
The article presents a scientifically based approach to the formation of motor skill of rolling a ring in rhythmic gymnastics among men. The relationship between the expert assessment of the ring roll and the level of development of coordination abilities in gymnasts is determined. A project has been developed to teach the technique of rolling the ring on the arms and chest of young men at the stage of sports specialization. The results of the study made it possible to determine the direction of the content of subject training for the formation of basic and universal skills in mastering the subject.
