The article discusses methods for correcting dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system and sensory integration in younger school-age children with residual encephalopathy. The method of physical rehabilitation based on the use of somatic and vestibular basal stimulation in the water environment is described, and the means aimed at solving corrective, preventive, health-improving and educational tasks are presented. The results of assessing the impact of the developed method on children's quality of life are presented.
