Developmental age and gender-specific characteristics of physical abilities in older school-age children

Abstract (English):
The article presents a study on identifying changes in physical abilities among female and male students in grades 9-11. The analysis of physical fitness among students in these grades revealed a certain one-sided development of physical abilities in schoolchildren. The necessity of annual monitoring of the state and dynamics of the main components of physical fitness in modern students is justified, which will allow physical education teachers to plan the educational process for the subject of "Physical Education" taking into account lagging physical abilities and timely influence on these components of physical fitness.
