The technique of sports swimming is the most important component of achieving high results in sports. Its improvement is carried out throughout the entire sports career, from initial training to the stage of higher sports mastery. It is especially important to engage in technical skills in adolescence, when during increased growth there is an unevenness in the development of the musculoskeletal system, which leads to clumsiness and coordination awkwardness of movements. The article presents research on improving the breaststroke swimming technique using a frontal breathing tube.
