Structural components of the methodology of special physical training of qualified athletes with lesions of the musculoskeletal system (sledge hockey discipline)

Abstract (English):
The article presents the substantiation of the methodology of special physical training of qualified hockey players with lesions of the musculoskeletal system in the discipline of sledge hockey and its components. Recommendations are given for the use of preparatory exercises for the development of strength qualities of the muscles of the upper extremities and back muscles on special simulators, for the development of coordination qualities in athletes with lesions of the musculoskeletal system. At the stage of special training, special preparatory and competitive exercises should be included aimed at increasing the level of manifestation of special physical qualities. In addition, the authors recommend organizing two-sided games with a task, allowing athletes to practice techniques in competitive practice.
