Analysis of performances in competitions by qualified sprinters-crawlers as an external criterion for the effectiveness of the developed concept of improving their training system, based on individualization of the training process

Abstract:
The article presents a study on the implementation of the concept of improving the training system of sprinters-crawlers on the basis of individualization of the training process and the use of both external and internal reserves of the body and the factors accompanying daily training. According to the results of the experiment, out of 96 indicators, only 24 showed no growth, which indicates the success and effectiveness of the proposed program, as well as the possibility of its use in the educational and training process of swimming sports clubs.
