Effectiveness of using multi-vector integral training of Paralympic athletes with lesions of the musculoskeletal system
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The integral training of high-class athletes should have a multi-vector orientation. In the disciplines under study, these are integral-technical training, integral-physical training, integral-tactical training, integral-theoretical training, integral-psychological training, integral-technical-design training. The use of such a diverse approach under the condition of the development of complementary programs in each of the areas gave a positive effect, expressed in the improvement of sports results at the main start, in the improvement of indicators of preparedness in the components of competitive activity. Upon comparing the results shown in the main seasons of 2023 and 2024 by athletes in the experimental group, who underwent multi-vector integrated training, with those of the control group, a significantly higher level of performance was observed in 2024. Additionally, 33 athletes in the experimental group achieved personal records in 45 disciplines, and 7 athletes exceeded the norm established in the Unified All-Russian Sports Classification for the title of "Master of Sports of the Russian Federation of international class".
