Justification for the use of health-improving physical culture methods among students of the preparatory group

Abstract:
The article demonstrates that in the modern educational environment of higher education institutions, there is a need to increase the physical activity of students, including those from preparatory groups, through the implementation of a health-improving physical culture program. It is noted that physical culture, including health-improving activities, is one of the essential means of maintaining an adequate level of health and ensuring the quality of life for student youth, as well as fostering their desire for a healthy lifestyle.
