The educational process in general education schools has undergone significant changes in recent years, with digital technologies being widely implemented. The article describes the methodology of conducting a physical education lesson in primary school using computer technologies. It presents its structure, teaching techniques, a weekly schedule for physical education lessons, and a scheme for implementing experimental methods. The innovative aspect is the use of video blocks in the main part of the physical education lesson. The analysis of the presented material allows us to see the possibility of implementing the pedagogical process.
