Components of motor expressiveness and their impact on artistry in sports aerobics

Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to identify the components of motor expressiveness that contribute to higher artistry scores in competitive routines performed by elite aerobic athletes. Research methods: analysis of specialized literature, pedagogical observations, mathematical statistics. Research results and conclusions. A correlation has been established between the quantitative composition of expressiveness components and the scores for artistry in competitive routines of elite aerobic athletes. The results of this study can be used to improve the quality of competitive routine design.
