Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The paper analyzes the indicators of a number of tests reflecting the dynamics of the state of readiness at the stage of pre-competitive preparation of the athlete. It is proved that one of the leading conditions determining the success of performance at the competition is the unidirectionality of changes in indicators, and also the tests that are most informative for assessing the athlete's reactions to the upcoming competition are determined. Practical significance - determining the athlete's readiness for the upcoming competition is an important condition for managing the system of sports training of each athlete
