INNOVATIONS IN THE METHODOLOGY FOR MASTERING THE BASIC ELEMENTS OF THE TECHNIQUE OF SKI MOVES BY STUDENTS DURING THE SNOWLESS PERIOD

Abstract:
Roller ski training during the snowless period is the main means of teaching the technique of skiing for students of physical education universities. It seems relevant to use an innovative method of circuit training involving, among other things, non-standard equipment and inventory - cylindrical bars, mobile and stationary devices, etc. The purpose of the work was to substantiate the innovative content, complex options for circuit training and the pedagogical conditions for their implementation, aimed at mastering the basic elements of skiing technique by students. The main methods of scientific knowledge were: theoretical analysis and generalization, pedagogical observation and survey, expert evaluation, testing, pedagogical experiment (search, forming), mathematical and biometric statistical processing of results. The developed content of the circuit training involves three options for nine training places with a specific focus of each exercise with the appropriate characteristics: motor coordination, static-dynamic balance, vestibular capacity, primary skills of the "skier's stance" and classic ski moves; on coordination of multi-movements, complicated static-dynamic balance and vestibular stability, primary skills of skating skiing; the complex formation of skills for performing the basic elements of classical and skating moves. A pedagogical formative experiment involving 50 students reliably confirmed the validity of the proposed research hypothesis
