Abstract:
Introduction. The article presents the result of the introduction of an innovative pedagogical system for the formation of cadets' training teams into the educational process of the Military Institute of the National Guard of the Russian Federation. The methodological basis of this pedagogical system is the theory of the collective developed by A.S. Makarenko. The purpose of the study. To check the effectiveness of the functioning of the pedagogical system for the formation of cadets' training teams in the military educational organization of higher education of the Rosgvardiya. Methodology and organization of the study. In order to develop a pedagogical system for the formation and development of cadets' training teams, it was necessary to develop methodological, theoretical, and praxeological foundations. If you do not study the works of A.S. Makarenko, his theory of the collective, principles, stages of group development, it is impossible to do this. The results of the study. As a result of the successful solution of the scientific problem, the introduction of the pedagogical system for the formation of cadets' training teams into the educational process of the Military Institute of the Russian Guard, the process of developing cadets' training units began to proceed more intensively, experimental training groups reached the collective stage already in the 3rd year, which positively affected the effectiveness of cadets' activities in all spheres of their life, the development of their collectivist qualities. Conclusion. As a result of the introduction into the educational process of the Rosgvar-diya Military Institute of the developed pedagogical system for the formation of cadets' educational collectives, the theoretical and methodological basis of which was the theory of A.S. Makarenko's collective, which revealed social functions, general patterns of the development of the collective and personality, justified the pedagogical mechanisms and stages of the development of the collective, proved its effectiveness
