Abstract:
This article is devoted to the analysis of the competitive activity of qualified kickboxers specializing in ring disciplines - "full contact" and "low kick". The manuscript analyzes the performance of athletes of the age group "men" and "women" at the Championship of the Ural Federal District (Yekaterinburg, 20212022), the Championship of the Perm Territory (Perm, 2022). )., Championship of the Udmurt Republic (Votkinsk, 2022). All-Russian competitions (Tuymazy, 2022). All this creates the prerequisites for the search for innovative means and methods of training athletes that contribute to the formation of the correct and complete technique of defensive and attacking actions during the fight, as well as its assessment and analysis at various stages of sports training [1,4]. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in a competent and complete assessment of the effectiveness of technical actions of kickboxers at the stages of sports improvement. The practical significance of the results of the study will allow coaches to make adjustments to the training process and competitive activity of kickboxers of different age groups
