In this article, physical culture is presented as one of the elements of the company's corporate culture. The physical culture of company employees is considered as one of the conditions for successful business. The main resource of a person and the key to his success - health, which should be promoted in the culture of the company and motivated by management, are considered. The ways of increasing the loyalty of employees to their own company and the degree of increasing their involvement in the work process through participation in corporate events of the company are shown. Examples of the introduction of physical culture and health and sports activities in the life of the company and in the principles of its functioning are given. The reasons for the appearance of stressful situations of a person arising in the process of work are revealed.
