Esports is a type of sports activity in which students form professional competencies, develop and train both mental and physical skills. This paper presents an analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the development of information and communication technologies in the modern world, contributing to the unification of two completely different types of activities and the formation of a new fijital reality, which involves the interaction between physical culture and artificial intelligence.
