Abstract:
The article is devoted to the topical issue of the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the effectiveness of the student learning process. In order to study the socio-psychological climate of the student team, monitoring was organized and carried out in an electronic version using the methodology for assessing the level of the psychological climate of the team of A. N. Lutoshkin. As a result of the survey, it was found that students have a high degree of favorability of being in a team, there is a cheerful mood, students like to spend time together and take part in joint activities, relations between microgroups within the team are based on understanding and mutual disposition
