Introduction. The article identifies the problem of specific working conditions in the presence of a well-established effective system of physical culture and wellness work of a single organization. The purpose of the study. Determination of the evaluation of the effectiveness of physical culture and recreation work of aircraft maintenance organizations. Methodology and organization of the study. Within the framework of the study, a questionnaire and a sociological study of aviation specialists in aircraft maintenance were carried out. The results of the study and their discussion. In the process of sociological research, a rank scale of the frequency of physical culture and recreation work of employees of organizations for the maintenance of the Armed Forces was formed. At the end of the sociological survey, an obj ect-attribute matrix was compiled. Based on the compiled matrix "object - attribute" of 97 respondents (object) and the level of satisfaction with the work of physical culture and recreation organizations (attribute), a two-dimensional feature space "age - level of satisfaction with physical culture and recreation work" was formed. Conclusions. As a result of the performed research, we received an overall assessment of the effectiveness of the health-improving work of aircraft maintenance organizations - as having a low level of efficiency
