Abstract:
The work is devoted to the analysis of personnel, material and technical, financial support and sports training indicators of the Regional State Autonomous Institution Sports School of the Olympic Reserve for Hockey «SKA - Neftyanik» (KGAU SSSORHM «SKA - Neftyanik»). As the object of the study, the organizational and management activities of the KGAU SSSORHM «SKA - Neftyanik», which has been conducting the process of sports training of hockey players with the ball since 2014, were chosen. In the course of the study, the dynamics of the number of employees was studied, as well as statistical reporting materials on the form of 5-FK for the KGAU SSSORHM «SKA - Neftyanik» for the period from 2019 to 2022 were analyzed. The results of the main indicators of the training of the sports reserve and competitive processes over the past 4 years were obtained
