This article describes the problem of detecting diseases of adenoma and prostate cancer in cases of violations of urodynamic parameters at the stage of primary medical examination of the population. A special wellness program of classes for men over 50 years old with initial abnormalities in the genitourinary and urinary systems has been developed and tested. The mechanism of action of specially adapted exercise machines and yoga techniques to reduce stagnation in the pelvic organs is described. The effectiveness of the developed technique has been experimentally proven for men over 50 years of age with initial changes and risk factors from the genitourinary system
