In the course of our research, we conducted a comparative analysis of military-sports all-around and other sports. Research methods include literature analysis, expert surveys, observations and analysis of competition data. The results of the study show that the military-sports all-around is a unique sport that combines various aspects of physical fitness, such as endurance, strength, agility and speed, as well as psychological stability. However, there are other sports, such as athletics, boxing and swimming, which also require athletes to have high physical and psychological training. Discussion of the results of the study shows that military sports all-around can be useful for the development of physical and psychological skills not only in the military sphere, but also in everyday life. Practical recommendations include the use of elements of military-sports all-around in training programs to increase the level of physical and psychological training
