The problem considered in the work is the insufficient amount of time to study the discipline "Theory and Methods of Teaching Basic Sports - Ski Training", which includes not only the development of technology, but also the possibility of its further teaching, as well as various sports training for students, which can positively and negatively influence the development of a skiing technique that is complex in terms of coordination. The goal is to accelerate the formation of basic skiing technique skills within the framework of a three-week training camp for students with different specializations. The work used generally accepted methods of pedagogical research, the main ones were a search experiment conducted as part of training sessions on rollerski training with 1st year students who did not specialize in this type, and a parallel experiment as part of a training camp involving forty students of 1 -4 courses of various specializations. As a result, special preparatory exercises for mastering the basic elements of skiing moves and the requirements for their selection were specified, from which groups were formed aimed at developing coordination, the vestibular apparatus, dynamic and static balance, and the consistent formation of skills to perform the basic elements of skiing technique in the process of daily three times a day during three microcycles of ski camps. Increasing the intensity of the use of means performed without skiing equipment and on skis with a methodically substantiated sequence of their complication in training microcycles made it possible, against the background of the forced development of functional abilities, to accelerate the process of forming the basic elements of skiing technique. This conclusion is confirmed by the reliability of the results of the tests, namely, functional abilities (P<0.05), basic elements of skiing technique (P<0.05). Pedagogical observation and expert evaluation carried out during the classes substantiated the "developmental impact" of the means and methods used
