Abstract:
The article analyzes the personal and social resources that form the basis of coping strategies of young people (17-19 years old) in difficult (stressful) life situations. The study was based on the author's methodology (thirteen questions), which allows identifying the personal (individual psychological) and social resources of young people and girls of this age group, as well as the ability and willingness to use them as the basis of coping strategies in difficult life situations interpreted by them as stressful. The obtained data can serve as a basis for subsequent psychological and pedagogical support when working with this social groupt
