The article deals with the practice of physical education and sports, which has a huge arsenal of means of influencing coordination abilities - these are physical exercises of increased coordination complexity and containing elements of novelty. The complexity of physical exercises can be increased by changing spatial, temporal and dynamic parameters, as well as due to external conditions by changing the area of the support or increasing its mobility in exercises. The target program of the study is associated with an increase in the level of development of coordination abilities in children 7-8 years old engaged in trampo-lining. There was a wide coverage of the problems of high demands on the manifestation of coordination abilities in children engaged in trampolining. The solution of tasks for the development of coordination abilities in young trampolinists was achieved by many means. The practical significance was that the developed set of special exercises for the education of coordination abilities and the development of the vestibular apparatus of primary school children can be used in complex coordination sports.
