REGULARITIES AND PRINCIPLES OF FUNCTIONING OF THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING QUALIFIED SWIMMERS IN FINS

Abstract:
The article presents the regularities and principles of functioning of the system of training qualified swimmers in fins (CPL). The preparation of the CPL should be carried out on the basis of the identified patterns, based on the formulated principles of the organization of the training process. These include: the principle of differentiated forecasting of the results of competitive activity of swimmers, which involves the construction of an effective system of their training; the principle of activity, which is closely related to the individual energy potential and resource of swimmers. A special place is occupied by the principle of compatibility of the content of the training process with the use of the latest technologies, which allows for a more effective use of an individual approach to the training of swimmers; the principle of continuity, aimed at the development of motor abilities of swimmers, as well as the formation of their motives for the growth of sports skills.
