The article presents approaches to managing the training process of a student sports team based on the results of functional diagnostics. The study involved 28 hockey players from among the students of UralGUFK. Protocols of bicycle ergometric testing have been analyzed, recommendations have been developed for managing the training process based on functional diagnostics data.
