Introduction. Inclusion in our country is a relatively young concept. In sports, and especially in sport of higher achievements, inclusion is just beginning to develop. In the public organization "Freedivers Association ''Freediving Federation" " the ideas of inclusion have been resulted in the creation of the Committee for the Development of Parafreediving and the organization of the participation of paraathletes in its competitions of any level. However, the system of sports events execution within concept of inclusion cannot do without modernization. This article touches upon the problem of management of inclusive freediving competitions: their planning, organization, development of competition rules for the possibility of participation of paraathletes in competitions. The purpose of the study - to develop proposals to the "Rules and Regulations of Competitions" of the Freediving Federation concerning the organization of competitions as inclusive. Methodology and organization of the study. The course of the study can be divided into two stages. At the first stage, the trial participation of paraathletes in freediver competitions was organized. As its completion the first Inclusive Freediving Championship has been hold. At the second stage, a structural subdivision of the Freediving Federation was created to manage the development of parafridiving and inclusion in this sport. The research used methods of a systematic approach, document analysis, survey by questionnaire, analysis and synthesis, analogy, observation. Results of the study and their discussion. As a result of the study, a number of changes and additions to the rules of the competitions of the Freediving Federation have been developed to make these competitions inclusive. A new competitive discipline has been developed that allows athletes with disabilities to participate on equal terms with all participants in the competition. Conclusions. The results of the study can be extrapolated to other types of sports activities and used to create a system of inclusive sports events in various sports.
