The determining factor in the technical readiness of a karateka is the level of specialized manifestation of speed when he performs the techniques of attack and defense, subject to the necessary requirements for their form and spatial-target accuracy. The requirements for the high speed of performing the techniques of the basic karate technique are determined by the nature of the combat activity in this type of combat sport and are represented by a special indicator of skills. The article describes the expert qualimetry algorithm for mastering the basic techniques of karate and the method of forming the accuracy of the visual assessment of the speed of their implementation.
