Implementation of technical and tactical actions in a competitive duel in modern kickboxing largely depends on the orientation of the competitive discipline - a full-contact duel, a duel with limited contact, a duel with limited attack, as well as on the permissible damage zones and permissible impact surfaces provided for by the rules of the sport - kickboxing. Differences in the orientation of competitive disciplines cardinally affect the possibility of implementing technical and tactical actions, and also form significant differences in the athlete's training system.
