THE USE OF AN ELASTIC SHOCK ABSORBER TO ACCELERATE THE IMPACT LINK WHEN PERFORMING A DIRECT PUNCH IN MARTIAL ARTS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
In this article, the influence of the use of an elastic shock absorber to accelerate the impact link when performing a direct punch in martial arts was studied and analyzed. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the external resistance of elastic deformation on the implementation of the acceleration of the shock link in martial arts. The article uses the following research methods: the laboratory experiment by using the method of three-dimensional biomechanical survey and methods of mathematical statistics. It was concluded that there was an optimal amount of deformation of the elastic shock absorber when it was stretched during the execution of the impact action, leading to an increase in the value of the maximum velocity of the impact link.

Keywords:
