The article presents the results of research on the problem of increasing the level of special physical fitness of cadets. In the introduction, based on the results of previous studies, certain aspects of the approach are revealed, in which the improvement of the training of specialists for the internal affairs bodies, in terms of the effective implementation of measures of force, is carried out on the basis of pairing professionally important physical qualities with special motor actions similar in form and features of functioning. organism involved in the circumstances of the upcoming service. The main part shows that the significant intragroup differences revealed in the course of a comparative analysis of the studied indicators of special physical fitness of cadets of the experimental and control groups before and after the experiment have a positive trend, at the same time, the presence of coordination complexity in the content of exercises indicates that the dynamics of growth rates here is more pronounced. In conclusion, it is noted that at the stage of specialized basic physical training, significant increases in the indicators of motor-coordinating abilities of cadets are also possible.
