This paper examines the role of sports activities in the spiritual and moral education of employees of the UIS. A questionnaire was developed and filled out by 50 UIS employees. The analysis of the results showed that most respondents believe that sports activities affect their spiritual and moral development and help maintain their physical fitness. However, many also noted the need to improve spiritual and moral education in the process of sports activities. Measures to improve this education were proposed, such as conducting training and seminars for coaches, promoting mentoring, and creating a more inclusive sports environment.
