Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article considers the issues of practical application of special developing games and exercises in the Yakut national wrestling hapsagay for students of non-physical education universities involved in the hapsagay wrestling section. Although the coaches have enough specialized literature on hapsagai wrestling, the sections make little use of specialized games, while in the form of games is easier to absorb the training material. In order to determine the impact of special games for the development of physical qualities of hapsagay wrestlers, a study was conducted with control tests on physical training to determine the level of physical development. The experiments were conducted among the students of the nonphysicultural faculties of the North-Eastern Federal University, who attend the section of the Yakut national wrestling hapsagay. Studies have shown the high effectiveness of special developmental games in the training process. This technique can be used in the work of similar sections. We believe that this work can play some positive role in the organization and development of the training process in the Hapsagai wrestling sections, to assist the current coaches in the training process
