ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND CONTENT OF THE SYSTEM OF TRAINING QUALIFIED SWIMMERS IN FINS
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The article presents the organizational structure and content of the system of training qualified swimmers in fins (CPL). The analysis of the main components and organizational structure of the swimmer training system allows us to conclude that all components of this system are closely interrelated. However, the main component is the conceptual one that determines the effectiveness of the CPL training system. The central link of the KPL training process is the interaction and relationship between the swimmer and the coach. In different conditions, these relationships take on a different character. However, the training process is effective when the coach's activity, his impact on swimmers, corresponds to their functional capabilities. Of all the versatility of the pedagogical art of the coach, the organizational side of the training process of the CPL stands out. This is due to the fact that it is in this field of activity that the creative approach of the coach to the process of preparing the CPL can be most fully manifested
