The article presents the results of anthropometric measurements of ski jumpers and double-athlon skiers: measurement of standing height, bioimpedance analysis of body composition. The measurements were carried out on the basis of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education «Tchaikovsky State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports». For analysis, data were downloaded from the body composition analyzer InBody 720. Comparative analysis of such composition indicators as: body weight (kg), BMI (kg/m2), bone mineral component (kg), proteins (kg), fat mass (kg), total body water (l), skeletal muscle mass (kg), lean (fat-free) trunk mass (kg), lean arm mass (kg), lean leg mass (kg) was carried out. The results revealed that growth and body composition indices have a kind of sport specificity. Ski jumpers had reliably greater height; lower body mass, fat component water content, less developed total muscle component, lower bone mineral component. It can be said that height and low body mass are important for a ski jumper. Nordic doubleboard skiers occupy an intermediate position in terms of height, body mass, water, fat component, have higher indices of total muscle and lean mass of the lower limbs. They are characterized by well-developed musculature, mainly of the lower limbs and low fat component (allows to keep the body mass as low as possible)
