Understanding how a team's tactical and technical attributes correlate with its results is essential to get an idea of the team's level and to identify its strengths and weaknesses. The problem is that nowadays most comparisons are made "head-to-head" (one team's performance is compared with the performance of the other team). In addition, this does not take into account the importance and significance of the performance indicators themselves. This paper proposes an approach that helps to solve these problems by using statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
