Abstract:
The position on the influence of genetic factors determining the effectiveness of individual predictions of the success of polyathlete athletes is put forward. For the first time, the problem of predisposition to the sport of polyathlon has been investigated from the standpoint of genetic foundations. The paper identifies the most significant genetic factors for the individualization of the training process of polyathlete athletes specializing in 3-borye with cross-country skiing
