Abstract:
The article presents an analysis of the competencies existing in the Work programs of the discipline "Theory and methodology of the chosen sport" for undergraduate students of the RUS "GTSOLIFK", which a graduate should possess, the level of formation of which is assessed by indicators. The totality of the necessary acquired knowledge, acquired skills and formed skills determines the level of professional readiness of the future coach. At the same time, the developed indicators are too generalized and do not reflect the specifics of the sport. The present study substantiates the need to develop such indicators by which an objective assessment of professional competence can be given - the level of individual technical preparedness
