Proper physical training, preservation and strengthening of the health of students, the formation of ideas about maintaining a healthy lifestyle among young people remain one of the most relevant ideas in our time. This article analyzes the activities of universities in relation to the preservation and promotion of the health of students. The influence and actions of the university in the formation of knowledge in the field of culture and health and the correct idea of a healthy lifestyle among young people are considered. Particular attention was paid to identifying the main negative and positive factors that affect health. Also in this article, the formation of the correct physical training of university students and the introduction of modern health-saving technologies, taking into account the interests of students, were considered
