The content of this article provides information on the defense of the final qualifying work (FQW), carried out as part of an educational initiative as a diploma and based on the implementation of the declared project "Healthy Generation - the Future of Russia", which became the winner of the competition announced by the Presidential Grants Fund in the direction of "Health Protection of Citizens, healthy lifestyle propaganda (HLS). The implementation of the educational initiative "Grant as a Diploma" at the Academy of Physical Culture was accompanied by the writing of a "master's" FQW of a certain format, in which data were presented on the implementation of a number of milestone activities contained in the program of the presidential grant won (in a competitive manner). These data concerned testing and examinations of participants in grant events (young volleyball players), which made it possible to obtain information about their general physical education and sports education, the level of physical condition (the level of adaptation to physical exertion, fitness and energy supply of motor functions), the state of the psychosphere (endurance of nervous processes, speed work, type of GNI), career guidance preferences
