Development of physical fitness at the initial training stage in goalball for athletes with visual impairments
Abstract and keywords
Abstract:
The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate the content of the training process at the initial training stage, aimed at developing the level of physical fitness. Research methods and organization. The study employed methods of theoretical analysis of scientific literature, pedagogical experiment, control testing of physical fitness indicators, pedagogical observation, as well as methods of mathematical statistics using Student's t-test to assess the reliability of the obtained results. Research results and conclusions. It was found that the use of the author's goalball training program contributes to a significant improvement in physical fitness levels of individuals with visual impairments. A significant positive dynamic was revealed in the indicators of coordination, reaction speed, endurance, and spatial orientation.
