MODELS OF INCREASING ADAPTATION RESERVES OF STUDENTS' ORGANISM IN CONDITIONS OF HEALTH-SAVING ENVIRONMENT

Abstract:
Modern trends in society are characterized by intense loads that affect the physiological and psychoemotional state of a person, which is manifested by a decrease in the adaptive reserves of a person. The purpose of the study is to build models for the inclusion of additional physical activity based on the neurobiological characteristics of students in order to regulate the adaptive capabilities of the student's body in a health-saving environment. The experiment involved students in the amount of 124 people. Methods for assessing anthropometric, physical indicators and the functional state of young men involved in basketball, sports tourism and judo were used. Based on the results of the study, models have been developed to increase the adaptive reserves of the body of students in order to minimize the influence of physical and psychological stress on the body and ensure an effective level of their further professional activity
