Abstract:
On May 18, 2023, the All-Russian Conference «Youth-Science-14» was held at Sochi State University, where much attention was paid to the physical culture and sports of student youth. The purpose of the research is to summarize modern experience in the physical training of students, presented in the materials of the All-Russian Scientific Conference in Sochi. Considered: modern problems of a healthy lifestyle for young people; increasing the physical fitness of female students through fitness; monitoring of physical development and functional readiness of university students; proper breathing during physical activity; students’ attitude towards the discipline «Applied Physical Culture», etc
